Payment Options
Please note - discounted payments (if a student is enrolled in more than one course) must be paid before the student's second lesson.

1. Online bank transfer
This is the easiest form of payment. You can make an online bank transfer using the account details below. Once complete, please email admin@convergeeducation.com.au with a screenshot of the payment or a receipt.

2. Direct Debit
If you would prefer a direct debit payment, to minimise the trouble of remembering to pay, please indicate that on the
form below and we will send you the link to authorise recurring direct debits for the period of enrolment

Important Note: Whether online or at the bank - you must include your INVOICE NUMBER and the students INITIALS as a reference for the deposit (e.g. “a1234 DP”)

Refund Policy

Converge offers an obligation-free, one week trial period for our courses. The trial period for courses ends one week after your first lesson attended, or after payment. We do not offer refunds or credit for change of mind, missed classes due to sickness, holiday or dropping the subject after the initial trial period for any reason.
